1-Cell Fabric Innerduct — Flexible Textile Pathway for Single-Fiber OSP & Retrofit

1-Cell Fabric Innerduct — Flexible Textile Pathway for Single-Fiber OSP & Retrofit
One pre-pulled, fold-flat pathway inside your existing conduit. The lightest fabric innerduct for single-cable drops and low-density builds — no new trenching, installs faster than rigid duct.
Product Description
Overview
Single-fiber drops don't need three empty cells — they need one clean, lightweight pathway that goes in fast and stays out of the way.
The 1-Cell Fabric Innerduct is the lightest member of the family: a fold-flat split tube that opens around a single cable, recovering conduit space and cutting pull tension without new trenching. Its woven PET + Nylon 6 construction folds flat for pulling, then conforms to the cable once installed — so wasted space in rigid innerduct becomes usable capacity.
Each cell carries a pre-installed pull tape, and the fabric resists abrasion, moisture and UV, and is built for a long buried service life. Ideal for retrofits, small-scale expansion and single-cable runs where cost efficiency and speed matter most.
Available in Standard, Riser, Plenum and Detectable versions. Tell us your conduit ID and we will confirm the right size for free.

FAQ
Q1. Are you a manufacturer or a distributor?
We are a fabric innerduct manufacturer, specializing in 1, 2, 3 and 4 cell configurations. OEM, private-label and custom printing are available.
Q2. How do I choose between 1, 2, 3 and 4 cells?
Start with the number of independent routes you need, then check the conduit ID and any existing cable. Send us the four project details below and we will recommend the right configuration within one working day.
Q3. Can it be installed in a conduit that already contains cable?
Yes, where sufficient usable space and a suitable pulling route remain. Send the conduit ID, the number of existing cables, and route length / bends for an initial fit check.
Q4. What is the tensile strength?
Tensile strength is rated by the cell diameter — see the tensile table below. Over 2,120 kg for 3-cell at 38 mm OD. For 4-cell, ask for the spec sheet (rated ≥ the same-OD 3-cell value).
Q5. Can I get a free sample?
Yes — free samples are in stock for fit and pulling evaluation. Provide your DHL / FedEx / TNT / UPS account, or we charge a small shipping fee.
Q6. Can you print my brand or custom marking?
Yes. Example marking: Fabric Innerduct TFI24-3 1888M 25-19 Max 24mm. We support custom meter marking, color-coded pull tape, reel length and packaging.
Q7. What are the delivery time and payment terms?
Delivery depends on order quantity — typically 3–7 business days for small orders and 11–14 days for a 40 ft container. Payment by T/T in advance; PayPal accepted for small orders.
